Data Protection and Processing.​
Any personal data collected by TTVS will be held securely and will not be shared with 3rd parties, without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law. Consent will not be sought to share information if we have a serious and immediate safeguarding concern and seeking consent would place a person at increased risk of harm, (themselves or others). We only collect the personal data required to deliver services you have requested from TTVS, we will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee our service to you. All the personal data we process is processed by TTVS staff and volunteers. We have a Data Protection Policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.​

We will only keep your data for as long is required under UK Law or under the statutory requirements of our funders, whichever is longer. If we are using your data to send out information and updates relevant to you/your organisations, we will hold this data until you notify us you no longer wish to receive this information.​

If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated by email: [email protected]
